Resolution of Discrepant Results-Reporting-BIOCHEM-TOH Delta - Two samples received same day with differing results exceed expected possible variations - review likehood of mislabel - add on to both specimens which should be similar (TP, URATE, ALB, CHOL) but do not report. Check original addressograph - repeat on original tube (if aliquoted) - if still discordant, tell supervisor and/or biochemist → possible blood grouping could be done (review Transfusion Medicine form F.009)
